Celebrate the New Year in commemoration of Micah 7:19, by casting off (“tashlich”) your sins of the passing year. Join us at our lake to cast your leavened bread (a symbol of our sins) upon the waters.

We come together in prayer for one another, praying “May [Adonai] Remember” (yizkor) us with his comfort as we remember our loved ones who have passed.
Nee’lah and Break The Fast | Wednesday, September 26 at 6pm
The Nee’lah service is followed by a Break The Fast meal. Advance purchase of meals is required, and will be available online.
The Feast of Tabernacles

Enjoy a day for family, food and fun outdoors and under the sukkah. Join us at 10:30am for decorating the sukkah, for Hebrew prayers, water-pouring, and Israeli dancing.
Simchat Torah Service | Saturday, October 13 at 10:30am
During this special Yom Shabbat service, everyone will have an opportunity to carry the Torah, get a close look at the scroll and help as we roll back the scroll to Bereshit 1:1!

This summer, children of all ages are gathering at Beth Israel to create an original Bible-based play, complete with songs and dances. This will all happen in just 5 days! Please join us for the final performance on Saturday, August 4th, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. during our Yom Shabbat services.
